Pesto

Tonight I had my first ever stab at making pesto sauce, to accompany a heap of spaghetti.  I’d never even tasted it before – it was lush, and staggeringly easy to create.

Just whip up some pine nuts, parmesan, basil, garlic and olive oil in a blender, and pour on McDuff!  Yes, you can buy it in a jar, but that’s not half so much fun.
